I believe all states are beautiful and most of them go unnoticed, its kind of sad. However, I'm here to put the spotlight on those states and give them a fair chance. Lets get started!
5. Vermont, also know as the "the green mountain state" is the perfect option if your just looking for some hiking with great views and small quaint towns. They also have a wide range of wildlife that will have you in awe, such as moose and black bear.
4. Idaho, this state is often recognized for potatoes which is a reason its self to go visit but what a lot of people don't know is that they have huge mountains which are perfect for climbing and skiing.
3. Michigan. When ever I think about Michigan I think about when I was a kid and i was runnmg up and down the dunes and looking out across the endless deep blue water. The swimming is amazing here and pretty warm for being one of the great lakes.
2. Wyoming. This hardy western state is full of rich culture from native Americans and also has some of the best views you could ever imagine. Challenge yourself like never before by submitting mountains such as cloud peak! Our family tried doing this, we didn't make it to the top but we came pretty close. We backpacked for 4 days through massive mountains. Ive never pushed myself so hard but I loved it. If you love challenges this is the spot for you!
