I really like this quote because it is important to go somewhere that brings us out of our comfort zone. Living a life where you do the same thing each day is unhealthy for your mental state because you get bored of your routine and eventually end up tired with your lifestyle. Traveling once a year at least, gives you something to look foreword to which is the best thing that you can do for yourself.
I like this quote because so many people think most country's are evil and filed with terrible things when in reality, those countries are beautiful and very safe. Don't get me wrong, it is still good to take precautions but never let fear get in your way of traveling.
