New Years resolution

2019 has arrived and its time to set some goals for this New Year. I figured if I actually want to complete resolutions it would be best to set only one goal. That one goal is to go to bed earlier. I picked this because I find myself very tired throughout the day and I think it is safe to assume its because i go to bed way to late. I also set only one goal because i feel there doesn't need to be more, I do my best to take care of myself by being healthy. I workout daily, eat well, and drink plenty of water but the one thing that is missing, is my sleep. I hope this post inspires you guys to take care of yourself and set some new goals!
